After returning from his mission, Gary married Dorothy Ann Waite. The were married on the 24th of September in 1965 in Mesa, Arizona. This picture is of Gary's little family visiting Grandpa and Grandma Johnson in Prescott. Gary and Dorothy had more children than these two little girls but these were the first two. The older girl is Lorraine Michelle and the little one in Dorothy's arms is Annette Shiree. Lorraine was born in 1967 and Annette in 1969. As a reference in time, Grandma, Hazel Eunice Scott Johnson passed away the same year this picture was taken, 1969.
This picture was taken at the southwest corner of their house at 1904 Meadowridge Road in Prescott. The original house was the portion to the north and then the southern portion you can see was added later and that is where the grandchildren were allowed to hang out in. It was still a small house after the addition was added.
