In the first picture Patricia, Uncle Gerald's youngest child has not been born.
Patricia was born in 1960 and her older sister was born in 1957.
Based on these dates, I would guess this first photo was taken around 1958.

In this next photo, Patricia is a little girl. Based on Patricia's age I would guess that this photo was taken either in 1961 or 1962. If these assumptions are correct that would make Gary 18 or 19 years old and just before he leaves for his mission. Also, it would make Uncle Gerald in his early forties and Aunt Cokey in her late thirties.
