The sign on the building in this photo indicates that BF (Benjamin Franklin) Johnson owned a merchandise store. There are four individuals, the first four people on the left, identified in this photo. They are James Francis Jr., Samuel Joseph (Jodie), James Francis Sr, and Benjamin Samuel Johnson.
Benjamin Franklin Johnson, the owner of the store, practiced polygamy.
James Francis Sr. and Benjamin Samuel were half brothers. While their father was Benjamin Franklin, Benjamin Samuel's mother was Mary Ann Hale and James Francis Sr.'s mother was Harriet Naomi Holman.
James Francis Jr. and Samuel Joseph (Jodie) would have been 1st cousins. They were married on the same day in a double wedding to sisters Cora May and Mary Mabel Allred.
